Understanding Interviews Module

mindset, CV positioning, conduct and questions.
Interview Technique Module
This module draws together all the skills learned throughout the programme and puts
them into an interview context. This is a scenario-based session that goes through
the basics to complex competencies required at interview.
Each module includes a pre- and post-training evaluation to ensure that the individual
can measure their learning and development. This is also combined with a personal
action plan, which helps to motivate them to progress to the next level.
