Throughout the outplacement programme we offer a range of services to help staff access job and training opportunities.
Each person will start with an “Aspirations” 1-2-1 where they will receive their personal copy of our bespoke Job Seeker File. This is an extensively researched guide giving advice on all aspects of today’s jobs market from CVs and letters, to interviews and vacancies. This will be bespoke to the company, the local area and job market.
We can also:
- Establish a dedicated job club at your workplace where up-to-the-minute vacancies can be posted and a consultant can be available for counselling, queries and support
- Contact local government agencies to arrange any additional training and counselling, where appropriate, and advise on any available funding or services
- Arrange job fairs
- Contact local employers for redeployment opportunities
- Offer registration to our own network of 150 High Street branches
- Make referrals to some of the UK’s biggest employers and agencies for optimum success
- Contact local colleges and universities
