The position of 73rd in the top 100 list followed a previous announcement of 'One Star' status in the Best Companies elite Michelin style’ rating accreditation for demonstrating high levels of employee engagement.
Jill Thornton, HR Director said "To be in the top 100 list of companies is fantastic but to do it for a second year running is a great achievement. We have continued to work extremely hard to listen and respond to the feedback from our employees throughout the past 12 months.
